HOW TO UTILISE OUR "THERMAL NAVIGATOR":

1. Under ‘Product group’, select the material type of the desired heat conducting material depending on the nature of the thermal interface in your construction (large gaps or thin bondlines).
2. Under ‘Product properties’ the essential material properties
3. When searching, limit the value ranges for thermal conductivity, e.g. for heat conducting films or material hardness in the case of gap fillers, depending on the product group.
