Heat Pipe Systems | modular

Heat Pipe Systems have become an indispensable part of modern thermal management systems: thanks to their extremely high thermal conductivity of 5,000 to 20,000 W/mK due to vaporisation heat, they can be used to replace metallic conductors such as copper very effectively and make decentralised cooling possible.

Gap Filler

In all electronic applications, heat is lost during operation. In order to maintain the function of the components used in the long term, this heat must be dissipated. Gap Filler
or gap filler pads are used for this purpose as Thermal Interface Materialien (TIM).

Our groundbreaking new thermal interface materials have a conductivity of 10 to even 15 W/mK! Compared to previous
electrically insulating products, which had a conductivity of up to 5 W/mK, our new HALA silicone
gap fillers (pads) dissipate heat loss uncompromisingly and all the more quickly – ensuring a long service life for the components used.
